CANDIDATE PROFILE - CS (Mandatory) + Legal (Optional) - Consulting Background (Big 4 or similar Client Servicing Firms preferred) - Experience in handling operational and legal risk and compliance frame work of professional services organisation - Overall personality to deal with senior members to ensure compliance of all policies and laying down processes to enforce and monitor compliance - Good communication and documentation skills to interact and present to senior management JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Updating records of Conflict, Matters, Insider Trading modules - Reviewing compliance related queries for engagement letters and other related documentation - Updating databases - Responding to emails - Work with senior stake-holders and understanding the firm's position on matters related to Conflict Issues, Insider Trading, Regulatory Risk and Compliance issues - Research on additional areas of Risk/Compliance requirement and come up with ideas/recommendations to the management - Work with multiple functions to ensure proper implementation of all policies
