Associate Consultant - Business Operations - IT

Responsibilities :

- Understand client business problems, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.

- Responsible for smooth operations of client business processes on a periodic basis. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks and delivering error free deliverables.

- Implements and automates detailed quality control procedures improving overall quality and decreasing overall time and effort.

- Mentor, coach and guide associates in the team, often across multiple offices.

- Contribute to or help lead technology, process, or analytical discussions and finalizing the approach / solution.

Qualifications :

- Analytics, Reporting, Dashboard, Coaching of 4-5 People.

- R, Python ( Any of them)

- Excel, SQL ( Mandatory)

- Candidate should be Analytically Sound, experience in Insights Draws

- Forecasting, Segmentation, Incentive, compensation.

- Team orientation and leadership experience

- Process management and improvement focus

- Structured problem-solving skills

- Client service orientation
