Understand client business problems, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures

- Responsible for smooth operations of client business processes on a periodic basis. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks and delivering error free deliverables.

- Apply quality assurance best practices and ensure team members learn and apply as well. Implements and automates detailed quality control procedures improving overall quality and decreasing overall time and effort.

- Provides insights to the project team regarding results and possible areas for further analysis

- Mentor, coach and guide associates in the team, often across multiple offices

- Contribute to or help lead technology, process, or analytical discussions and finalizing the approach/solution

- Communicate effectively with client over e-mail capturing right level of details. Create high impact slides and presentations summarizing the results and insights.

- Follows up with team members for status updates and ensure project collateral is up-todate for the work of the entire team (e.g. issue tracking and project management tools, project drive, etc.)

- Collaborate and work closely with internal and client teams across geographies on an ongoing basis to ensure everyone is aware of periodic status updates, issue resolution and change control
