Current Opening: Associate Consultant – Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain and enhance analytical models to help companies understand human resources dynamics and generate meaningful insights.

2. Leverage data mining tools and modeling techniques to solve global HR problems.

3. Prepare documentation for developed models and provide analysis support for business strategies.

4. Data collation, interpretation and analysis: Ability to bring out meaningful insights by collating different data insights.

5. Presentation / Report preparation: High quality report preparation. Act with awareness that reports and packaging are equally important

Required Skills:

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Excellent technical and analytical skills

- Proficient in using a broad spectrum of employee information database

- Proficiency in VBA, SQL, MS Access, SPSS other data programming tools - ability to perform analysis on large datasets

- The candidate must demonstrate a pattern of success in using advanced quantitative analytic methods to solve business problems

- Very good organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.

- Understanding of multivariate statistical analysis including multiple linear regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis and ANOVA.
