JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Updating records of Conflict, matters, insider trading modules - Reviewing compliance related queries for engagement letters and other related documentation - Updating databases - Responding to emails - Work with senior stake-holders and understanding the firm's position on matters related to conflict issues, insider trading, regulatory risk and compliance issues - Research on additional areas of risk/compliance requirement and come up with ideas/recommendations to the management - Work with multiple functions to ensure proper implementation of all policies CANDIDATE PROFILE :&nbsp; - Consulting Background (Big 4 or similar Client Servicing Firms) - Compliance back ground preferred (CS / Inter CS) - Experience in handling operational and legal risk and compliance frame work of professional services organisation - Overall personality to deal with senior members to ensure compliance of all policies and laying down processes to enforce and monitor compliance - Good communication and documentation skills to interact and present to senior management
