Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Description:

1. Good communication Skills

2. Excel Experience is a must with a good exposure to data & analytics

3. HR Knowledge is preferred

4. To manage various transaction in Compensation processes such job role updates, global mobility, market benchmarking.

5. Understand, analyze, develop and recommend Compensation & Benefits (C&B) solutions

6. C&B benchmarking and solutions

7. Data analytics very strong
