Associate Collection Process

Job Description :

- Will be responsible to conduct process control & quality assurance testing for the collections functions to identify internal control weaknesses

- Perform root cause analysis on the internal control weaknesses identified as part of the process control & quality assurance testing

- Provide recommendations to plug the internal control weaknesses identified and liaise with necessary teams involved as part of the process for implementation of the recommendations

- Responsible for managing external vendors responsible for conducting field audits at agencies, call centres & parking yards involving activities such as planning & sampling agencies that need to be audited, calendarizing the audits, coordinating with vendors regarding visit logistics, supporting vendors for other requirements

- Compile the results of the field audit visits & facilitate closure of field audit findings

- Review various processes within the retail collections function such as allocation to agencies, agency billing controls, repossession & auction process etc.

- Perform field audits at agencies, yards & call centres to review on ground activities

- Refresh process control test steps at a defined frequency as part of the function

- Refresh field audit checklist

- Review agency scoring methodology on timely basis
