Associate/Chief of Staff - Project Management Office - BFSI (3-6 yrs)

A). GENERAL MANAGEMENT 


1) Perform supervisory responsibilities, assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and processes.

2) Filter out corrupt data from the system

3) Perform initial analysis to assess data quality

4) Perform secondary analysis to decipher the inherent meaning of the data set

5) Perform final analysis with a view to providing advanced level of additional data screening

6) Extract data using advanced computerized models/ tools

7) Create effective working relationships with cross-functional Business / support teams to ensure that systems and projects are delivered on time and according to the success criteria.

8) Interpersonal skills and experience in presenting, creating metrics/dashboard.

9) Leads all Inspection, Audit, and Regulatory related activities.

10) Establishes a common set of key performance indicators (KPIs) for deliverables.

11) Responsible for Project and Process Management.

12) Prepare PPT's for weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings.

13) Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, and others by maintaining confidentiality.

14) Comply with the internal policy, regulation and processes.

15) Develop strong working partnerships across all functional areas.

16) Prepare reports/ dashboards based on analyses and present same to the Management

B). PROJECT MANAGEMENT :


1) Set up project management processes. Monitor and ensure that projects comply with the governance framework.

2) Supports the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the project, escalating problems appropriately.

3) Manage, control documents and deliverables centrally.

4) Weekly reports on overall progress of the program. Analysis and escalations to senior management on risks, issues, status, critical areas of the program.

5) Uses an appropriate planning process to co-ordinate input to and the production of project plans, tracking cross-project dependencies and providing day-to-day advice and planning support. Prepares planning reports and keeps abreast of all changes to the project, informing the relevant parties of these changes and the associated impact.

6) Weekly Timesheet Analysis & reports. Ensure Timesheet compliance with tower head and escalate when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills :


1) B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent degree from a Tier I / II college.

2) Work experience of 3-5 years in a similar role / profile with exposure to Project Management, Reporting & Publishing Dashboard

3) Must possess prior experience of working with a bank/ financial institution/ NBFC in a role that encompassed working independently and reporting directly to the senior/ apex management

4) Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups and/or boards and employees.

5) Clear, concise and professional written communication skills.

6) Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

7) Ability to write reports, correspondence, and other required documentation.

8) Strong knowledge of Project lifecycles and standard business processes.

9) Strong project management experience, including management portfolio of projects.

10) Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

11) Self-dependent, creative, proactive, fast learner, strict and good sense of organization.

12) Should be self-motivated, assertive, hardworking and result oriented team player with a Positive attitude with an eye for detail.

13) Practical and problem-solving approach with ability to meet deliverable expectations of Management irrespective of constraints i.e. time, location etc.

14) You should ideally exude a high level of mathematical and analytical abilities

15) Good to have - hands on exposure with programming languages such as SQL, Oracle or Python

16) You should be proficient in analyzing, modelling and interpreting complex data sets ideally in the finance domain

17) You should be able to work under steep deadlines and be comfortable in managing high stress at work

18) You are a good fit if you are by nature hands -on and willing to learn and sharpen your skillsets in a fast paced, startup environment

19) You should be fond of technology and be open to implement cutting edge tools and tech stack to deep-dive into large and complex data sets to further enrich the quality of filtered information

20) We need you to be very high on integrity with strong business ethics that are trademark of working in a banking/ NBFC environment that demands confidentiality and protection of customer data
