Where does this role fit into Altor?

The incumbent of the role will be working very closely with our CEO to develop and implement both short term and long term growth strategy. The role holder will work under broad areas of strategic planning, monitoring business operations and driving growth. The role holder will primarily work with and report to the CEO of Altor, thereby assisting him in all the key decision making activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning:

- Planning of the organizational initiatives that originate out of the CEO's office.

- Monitoring, following up and ensuring implementation of key decisions taken/special initiatives

- Identify and address potential roadblocks with the help of the CEO

- Assist in strategic and business planning and presentations preparation

- Business Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor day-to-day business in the organisation and raise a flag when an intervention from CEO is required.

- Drive business acquisition through the consulting team and publish regular updates and actionables.

- Ensure regular review of all operational matters and projects that are being implemented.

- Ensure monitoring and follow up on the actions points as per agreed time lines by the departments.

- Ensure publishing of MIS reports for consultant productivity regularly and highlight the areas of concern to the CEO.

- Prepare reports and presentations for the management meetings.

- Market Research

- Scanning the business landscape through market intelligence and exploring prospective clients and sharing insights with the team.

- Responsible for market assessment, competitor study, and latest trends in the BFSI and talent acquisition industry.

- Responsible for decision making support, research and analysis, and managing special initiatives.

- Contribute towards building the Altor of tomorrow

- Embrace the institution building exercise in Altor by actively participating / supporting in the internal projects

- Collaborate with peers to deliver timely excellent quality results

The candidate should be (MUST HAVES):

- Experience of 1+ years, preferably as an EA in a consulting firm.

- A mature and thoughtful individual, with superior logical and reasoning abilities

- Strong analytical capabilities

- Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to drive the execution efficiently.

- Solution oriented, tackles problems head on and channels the attitude, time, and energy to surface solutions

- Proficient with MS-office tools including excel, word and powerpoint.

- An excellent communicator, on paper and in person

- An excellent learner - curious and agile

- Open to feedback from juniors, peers, and seniors

Salary Offered : 6 - 10 LPA
