J0B DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Managing Merchant Banking activities/ work ex. with a listed company;

- Managing Public Issues / Rights Issues/ Buy Backs / Delisting/ Preferential Allotments etc.

- Good knowledge of Listing Regulations/ ICDR Regulations.

- Liaison with regulatory authorities (SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE).

Educational qualifications: CS qualified with internship or work experience with a Merchant Banker/ a listed company

Experience: Fresher to 2yrs

Skills:

- Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs.

- Good interpretation skills

- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Good verbal and written communication

- Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments

- Organized and able to meet deadlines
