RESPONSIBILITIES : - Performing in depth analysis to resolve a business problem by employing the appropriate tools available in the enterprise - Extracting reports/data, analyzing and providing recommendations for the project undertaken - Identifying new opportunities to bring new process improvements - Building solid business cases that justify business decision making. - Detecting, escalating and fixing data anomalies for quality control process - Visualizing tools to enable traders &amp; risk managers evaluate performance and risk measures. REQUIREMENTS : - The candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in analytics. - Bachelor's degree Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field and trainings in advanced data analysis. - Experience working with the US Retail/Credit Card/Mortgage market is a plus. - Operations/Call Center &amp; Customer Service experience is a plus - Any exposure to voice analytic tools such as NICE Nexidia and Call Miner is a must, and exposure to ad hoc analysis tools such as Tableau is desirable.
