Associate - Business Development - Financial Services

TresVista is looking to hire an Associate, Business Development who will be a part of the team that works closely with Senior Management to help execute new initiatives and address market opportunities. The individual is expected to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality as he/she would be privy to matters only known to the Senior Management. As such, one can expect to grow within the department as the Company expands further.

- Founded in late 2006 by former Wall Street investment bankers and private equity professionals

- Strength of over 500 people and growing its client and revenue base at 50%+

- Strong global client base - primarily private equity firms, investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, corporates, and family offices

Responsibilities Assumed:

- Following trends, changes, competition, and other industry related factors across the globe

- Identifying and profiling prospective clients, and analyzing new target geographies

- Communicating with prospects by familiarizing oneself with company credentials, various contractual engagements, etc.

- Effectively monitoring existing and potential customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

- Assessing the functionality of CRM and other sales proprietary tools

- Evaluating existing and new databases

- Providing support on creating pitch presentations and responding to RFPs

- Creating MIS reports and presenting other research data/analysis

- Devising sales budget and effectively monitoring the targets

- Regularly liaising with the sales professionals and other top-level management individuals

- Managing a team of Analysts and Research Assistants

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Candidate Experience:

- Graduate / MBA with 2+ years of work experience

Compensation:

- Commensurate with industry standards
