Organization practice works in the areas of Market Assessment, Strategy Development, Strategy implementation, Performance measurement, Performance improvement and Corporate Finance. Role Description: Business Development Associate will work with Project Managers / Client Directors to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients. The successful Business Development Associate will be individually building a solid pipeline of prospects, qualifying those prospects, managing the pipeline and identifying and aligning the best solution in order to insure a successful partnership moving forward. This individual will be creating a compelling value proposition to the clients that inspires action and then links that to the organizations value proposition / offerings. You will act as an ambassador for the organization. For the successful execution of this role, one should have the following qualifications / skills: - Should be an MBA with at least 3+ years of relevant Business Development / Marketing / Pre Sales experience in the services industry and should have experience in engaging senior (CXO level) executives - Exposure to Consulting Environment and industry would be an added advantage - Exposure of handling international clients would be desirable - Excellent presentation skills (Personality, ability to present i3C capability and convince prospects with strong reasoning and data support in PPT format) - Well-read and updated with Industry news and insights - Willing to travel to MENA region (2 weeks / month) Key Result Areas: - Work with Project Managers / Client Directors on building a comprehensive list of target companies and GTM strategy - Develop detailed strategic account plan for target companies and identify key decision makers - Conduct first level of qualification of prospects based on need and interest - Engaging with potential client to ensure high level willingness. Take all first level calls and lead discussions on service offerings - First level of solutioning in line with client requirements backed by research and internal capability - Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new / innovative approach in acquisition of new clients - Business research to identify key industry verticals / potential clients / generate leads - Collaborate with Project Managers / Client Directors and execution team to develop high quality proposals and / or presentations. - Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to contract - Generate and maintain database of key contacts and companies - Develop and manage the social media content Job Location: Noida, Sector -127
