- Strong global client base - primarily private equity firms, investment banks, hedge funds, real estate investors, traditional asset managers, family offices, and corporates

Overview of the Role:

- A multi-faceted role with a primary focus on client acquisition in conjunction with managing existing client relationships

- An exciting and challenging opportunity for a performance-driven, energetic individual who will be a part of TresVista's growing sales effort

- The focus will be on aggressively driving the sales process in pursuit of new client acquisition specifically within the public equities vertical including but not limited to hedge funds, family offices, traditional asset managers, wealth managers, equity research firms, etc. and ideally will be able to leverage existing relationships and build a growing network within the public equities space to achieve sales and revenue targets

- Direct collaboration with Senior Management to help execute new initiatives and address existing/new markets and product opportunities

- Maximization of sales team's potential, developing key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans and justifying those plans to the executive team

- This position will have a direct line reporting to the Managing Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's client base and achieves revenue targets

- Developing a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to articulate TresVista's value proposition effectively

- Providing daily feedback and reporting on lead generation, prospecting, and opportunities, and developing knowledge of internal systems used to qualify and track communications with prospective clients

- Tracking and managing leads through the appropriate stages of the sales funnel and logging all relevant customer activity including but not limited to meetings, phone calls, and emails

- Generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities through various sales activities including, but not limited to cold calling, client visits, participation in RFP- s, attending networking or trade events, and utilization of candidate's own network

- Working with support teams internally to develop processes for effectively tracking and reaching out to prospective clients, and leveraging these teams to create new processes that further the sales outreach effort - Collaborating with the marketing team to create presentations to be used to pitch prospective clients - Keeping abreast of market trends, key players, competitors, and industry nomenclature within the public equities space both domestically and globally

- Familiarity with internal processes, products/services, contractual engagements, etc.

Prerequisites:

- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills

- Impeccable integrity, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic

- Strong preference for previous work experience within the relevant sector either at a traditional asset management firm, hedge fund, family office, registered investment advisor, or a service provider/vendor providing services/products to any of the above firms

- Strong grasp of financial concepts and preference of knowledge of the investment lifecycle

- Available to travel frequently within the U.S. and to India when necessary (1 to 3 times a year)

- Effectively use all available tools and methodologies, i.e., a CRM, phone, email, fax, and webinar and other available tools and resources to track and provide solutions to client needs, requests, and overall expectations

- Provide leadership in the development of inter-team communication and cohesiveness, sustaining culture and supporting the staff based in India - Strong business sense and industry expertise and broad-based knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to relationship management

- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail

- Hindi language skills preferred but not required

Qualification & Experience

- A minimum of a bachelor's/Master's degree from a highly regarded university; MBA preferred

- 3 to 8 years of domain or sales experience
