Organization practice works in the areas of Market Assessment, Strategy Development, Strategy implementation, Performance measurement, Performance improvement and Corporate Finance. - Some of the prominent industries served are Banking, Non-banking financial services (Investment Banking, Private Equity and Family Offices), Retail, Restaurants, Manufacturing and Public Sector / Government bodies. - The mandates would range from developing strategies to their implementation, expansion and growth, portfolio rationalization, achieving operational efficiencies, development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), integration of processes and systems, corporate turnaround, financial restructuring, financial / commercial due-diligence Designation: Associate Role Summary: As an Associate you would be regularly putting your analytical, interpersonal, leadership and management skills to good use. You will begin as a generalist and gradually grow into a specialized role working with a great peer set from some of the best business schools. Every day will be unique, however, if we were to create a role summary, it would broadly consist of the following - Work on projects across mandates for different industries and functions and gain good breadth of general consulting before choosing an area of specialization - Start as a team member to manage a work stream and gradually grow to become a project lead and manage different aspect of a project including project scoping, project plan, deliverables, client and team - For a given mandate, adopt a structured approach for solving a problem, carry out client interviews / research to collect data / information, conduct the analysis, draw insights and present them in a powerful way, make recommendations, get client buy-in, drive implementation including change management and witness results - Work with CXOs and senior management and become a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and driving organizational change Experience and Skills - B.Tech. / MBA from Tier I colleges (IIT / IIM / ISB / MDI) - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Consulting / Corporate Finance - Very good problem solving, analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking and leadership skills - Exposure to financial analysis, data analysis, process development / improvement (preferable) - Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint (preferable) - Industry knowledge of Non-Banking financial services (Investment Banking, Private Equity and Family Offices) / Retail would be an added advantage - Willing to travel onsite (3 weeks / month to Saudi Arabia) Job Location: Noida, Sector - 127
