Associate/Business Analyst - Investor Relations - BFS

Company: A large Investor Relations firm in India looking to hire an Associate/Business Analyst for its office in Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Role - Analyst - Investor Relations

Role Summary: The person will be responsible for communicating with the investment and analyst community and working with the Top Management of the Client Companies. Areas of focus will include managing the on-going implementation of the investor relations program, maintaining and improving relations between the company and the shareholder base along with the financial community in general, developing target plans/programs to broaden the investor base, writing and developing the company's public disclosure and effectively positioning company strategy

Experience and Qualifications - 

- 1- 3 years experience in equity research or related areas

- CA, CFA and/or MBA

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent Financial Modelling, Excel Skills

- Candidates with prior experience in creating Investor Relations, Consulting type presentations will be preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing overall investor relations Information Pack - Presentations / Press Releases / Financial Model / Information Memorandum etc

- Develop and manage relationships with key analysts, institutional investors and other shareholders.

- Analyze consensus analyst estimates and provide weekly summary report to Company.

- Evaluate changes in institutional and other major shareholder ownership in the company.

- Oversee the coordination of other investor relations events such as road shows and site tours

- Oversee conference-related logistics

- Oversee the maintenance of the Company investor relations website.

- Participate in strategic planning as it relates to Investor Relations.

- Additional duties and responsibilities as directed.
