Associate Brand Manager - Financial Technology
Responsibilities:
- Action and analyze consumer insights mining
- Communicate moneyview's Brand Positioning and mission
- Translate brand elements into GTM with media-mix for various products across ATL, Digital & BTL
- Be the SPOC for marketing, collaborate with cross-pod/external agencies to develop & execute plans
- Lead creative & content development across offline and online assets
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies via continuous A/b with measurable impact
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
Ideal Candidate :
- Should be a hustler, to navigate the course of marketing roadmap; experience with ecommerce or BFSI companies will be a plus.
- 4-5 years of work experience in core brand and marketing communication roles
- Solid grounding in marketing with particular skills required in strategy, content / advertising development and digital
- Strong Analytical skills & proven record in translating consumer and customer insight into effective growth drivers
- Commercial & project management experience, to ensure that recommended marketing plans are successfully implemented in market
- An eye for detail; should be able to guide creative team on design
- Good communication skills
- MBA/PG in Marketing or Mass Communication from top college
