Associate - Banking & Finance Lawyer - Law Firm (2-5 yrs)
A well-reputed law firm in Mumbai is looking to hire a banking and finance lawyer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1. Experience in general lending and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.
2. Actual working or at least thorough knowledge of IBC would be a plus point.
3. The candidate must have an excellent technical application, drafting and research capabilities.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT :
1. Relevant experience 2-3 years into Banking and Finance
2. Drafting, finalizing and filing applications for Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, and Corporate Applicant.
3. Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance.
