Associate - Banking & Finance - Structured/Project Finance

A leading law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly experienced and dynamic team on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on various banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, project finance, and syndicated loans.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing documents such as loan agreements, security documents, and inter-creditor agreements.

- Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic legal solutions.

Key Requirements:

- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance.

- Strong understanding of Indian banking and financial regulations.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple transactions and work under tight deadlines.

- LLB Is a Must.

- Pure Law Firm Background is required.
