Associate/AVP/VP - Investment Banking/Merger & Acquisition

- Looking for candidate who has experience in end to end M&A/PE deals Assisting the leadership team in conducting industry research, financial research, data analysis, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, information memorandums, working on financial models including valuation (DCF, Relative valuation etc.)

- Capable of handling execution of smaller mandates and making pitches with minimal supervision

- Should have interacted with Analysts / Associates at the Investors team in VC / PE firms /Family funds

- Be a part of multiple Sell-side/ Buy-side MA / Fund raising live mandates

- Candidate would play in important role in various stages of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams till closure

- Candidate should be analytical, multi-tasker, persuasive, should possess strong financial modelling and presentation skills and have a hunger for growth

- Over the years, candidate should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization in building up and leading own teams independently

- Desirable to work in multiple sectors
