Associate/AVP - Legal - LLB - BFSI

One of our client based in Mumbai is hiring for legal role.

Note: Looking for candidates with Previous capital markets or general corporate experience gained in a law firm/Bank/Shared services/Corporates or in-house.

Client Name: Subsidiary of one of the Top Investment Bank.

Profile:

- You would be responsible for negotiations, process, people and client management. You would have to ensure high quality of drafts and negotiations, identify the gaps and bridge the gaps with training, innovative and out-of-box thinking.

- You would also be responsible for building capability and capacity within the system that encourages an SME culture and environment.

- You will also be drafting, reviewing and negotiating high complexity contracts and producing documents, relating to these transactions and your role will involve you liaising directly with the front office.
