TresVista is looking to hire an Associate/AVP in the Human Resource Department who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Associate/AVP will perform functions such as HR Operations and employee relations by managing the entire employee life cycle.

- Strong global client base - Primarily Private Equity firms, Boutique Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, and Family offices
Responsibilities Assumed:
- Managing on-boarding formalities
- Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies
- Identifying policy gaps and creating new policies to fill these gaps
- Ensuring proper implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- Reviewing and analyzing trends to identify problem areas and recommend solutions to improve employee experience
- Handling employee grievances and maintaining employee relations, safety, wellness, and health
- Acting as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee related issues
- Staying abreast with market best practices and suggesting implementation of relevant tools/processes
- Generating monthly reports for management and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating process and communication gaps on systems and processes
- Managing entire employee life cycle

Education and Work Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline with 5-10 years relevant experience
- MBA in HR from top B school with 3-5 years relevant experience (not mandatory)
