Associate/AVP - Financial Modeling Analytics - Model Implementation - Investment Bank

Opportunity for Associate/ AVP Financial Modeling (Model implementation) in the Leading Investment Bank.

Location - Bangalore

Please note: Strong experience in Implementing models in Excel, Python, R, or other programming languages.

This position will be focused on the analytics supporting Finance Modeling and other parts of the Treasury function. Key responsibilities of the position will include:

1. Combining data from disparate sources and helping to identify the reasons for data anomalies

2. Implementing models in Excel, Python, R, or other programming languages

- Performing analysis to answer immediate business questions

3. Advising groups in Treasury on how to automate processes they own

4. Communicating results to Finance partners, including senior leaders in Treasury and other parts of Finance

5. Assisting in documentation and model reviews

6. Experience with programming or statistical programming (R, SAS, Python, SQL, or a similar language) is required. Experience with Tableau and Excel is preferred.

Sample projects include:

1. Extracting, cleaning, and preparing data used to predict Ultimate Rewards redemptions

2. Implementing models used to optimize loan pricing

3. Combining data from disparate sources to predict call volume

4. Members of the team are located in Columbus, OH, Bengaluru, India, and the New York metro area.
