Archer &amp; Angel, a full service law firm, is looking for a motivated Attorney in Mumbai with exceptional drafting, communication and research skills who can ensure that a client receives the best and most cost-effective legal solutions. Post Qualification Experience: 4-6 years Responsibilities: - Technically sound and believes in enhancing legal knowledge by reading case laws, judgments and amendments regularly. - Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases. - Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards. - Prepare legal briefs and opinions and file appeals in courts/ forums/ tribunals. Requirements: - Must be registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra. - Appearances before High Court, Supreme Court, all Forum and Tribunals - Drafting and vetting of all kind of legal papers like plaints, petitions, replies, suits, written statements, counter affidavits, rejoinders, appeals and miscellaneous applications. - Filing of suits injunctions, caveats etc. - Coordination with local counsel for outstation matters. - Well-versed with company law; property law; consumer complaints Additional Skills: - Ability to work independently and/ or with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies. - Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and public speaking skills. - Tech-savvy. - Adaptability and attention to detail.
