Urgent Hiring for a leading automotive company, based in Delhi .

Detailed roles and responsibilities are as:

MIS Reporting at Group level

- Responsible for Analysis of MIS reporting by Group companies and variance Analysis (Budget Vs Actual and Vs Previous Year)

- Budget Vs Actual Overheads variance, Profitability Variance

- Overheads and Cost Saving Initiatives

- Working capital

- Capex

- Revenue Growth Vs Market Growth

- Preparation of Financial Reporting at Group level with Insights for critical issues for Anand Executive Board and Group Supervisory Board.

- Monitoring of Cost Saving Projects with Group Companies

- Benchmarking of financial KPI within Group companies and Competition.

Develop Power BI Dashboards :

- Review and Analyse Power BI Management Dashboards & Develop new dashboards as per management requirement.

Capex Appraisal :

- Appraisal of Capex projects and New Investments by Group Companies and New JV/ Investments at group level.

- Develop standard Capex appraisal guidelines & amendments, if any to policy guidelines.

Risk Management :

- Forex: Understanding of Forex market & rate movements, review of hedging by group companies in compliance to hedging policy with minimum hedging cost. Develop Forex dashboard for management reporting

- Enterprise Risk Management: Understanding of Enterprise risk & Risk mitigation actions.

Incentives from Govt :

- Work with Business to maximize availing of central and State govt Incentives.
