It offers advisory services to its clients entailing data analytics, AI / ML-based modelling, big data, financial crimes and Business Intelligence related initiatives. Some of the prominent industries Quintics serve are - banking, non-banking financial services, retailing, food services, insurance, telecom, diversified industries and government. The incumbent is expected to lead project delivery end to end and also gradually build expertise in one of the domains that Quintics operates in. Role Description: - Understanding the business problem and effectively devise approach/solution to solve the problems identified - Handle analytics advisory engagements which would also entail delivering the technology / analytical solution - Hands-on project management and execution from client requirements and delivery perspective - Manage project teams for efficient and effective project delivery - Manage projects independently with a team of Business analysts or Junior Associates Skill Set: - B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA or CA + MBA (preferably from a tier 1 institute) with a good academic background - 5+ years of relevant work experience - Strong knowledge and strong experience into any of the domains - Data analytics with a focus on modelling leveraging machine learning techniques, Big data, Financial crimes and forensics, Risk Management, Techno-Functional solution implementations - Prior experience in technology/data related projects is a must. Knowledge in SAS, R, Python or any other analytical tool will be strongly preferred - Graduates from Tier 1 MBA colleges - Very good problem-solving skills and communication skills - Ability to work in teams - Never say die attitude and openness to work in an unstructured business environment - Willingness to travel onsite (75% of the time)
