Position: Junior Analyst - Strategy, Institutional Research

Reports to: Head of Research

Location: Mumbai

CTC -25 Lacs pa

Job Responsibilities

1. Data extraction and data analysis from various databases, such as Bloomberg, Capital Line etc.

2. Independent responsibility for certain periodic strategy products, and event update notes

3. Assisting the Head of Research in preparing thematic reports

4. Provide required support in writing research reports and working on thematic reports

5. Participate in conference calls, and to meet ad-hoc Sales/Client requests as per delivery timelines

Organizational Relationships

- Works closely and effectively with the Head of Research and all other members of the Research team

Skills :

- Excellent analytical and writing skills

- Good communication skills

- Self-motivated, passionate about stocks and numerical/statistical analysis

Qualifications :

- MBA and/or CFA, with an undergraduate degree in Engineering/Math/Stats

Experience :

- Minimum 3-years of experience as an Associate covering India Equity Strategy with a Top-tier firm
