HR Trainee

Responsibilities for the job: - Candidate will be responsible for risk analytics, policy support and cross-sell strategy for existing customer PL campaigns. The role is highly analytical with strong segmentation, delinquency tracking, and campaign governance. - Analyze internal portfolios to identify eligible cross-sell customer segments. - Evaluate and recommend changes to risk filters, bureau cut-offs, and income rules. - Conduct cohort and vintage analysis for repeat borrowers, bounce rates, and early delinquencies. - Work with Business & Marketing teams on pre-approved PL campaigns, validation rules, and targeting. - Prepare weekly/monthly cross-sell performance dashboards (approval %, rejection %, DPD movements). - Monitor performance by channel, bureau segment, income bands, geography, and past repayment - Perform root cause analysis for delinquency spikes. - Support revisions to cross-sell policy norms & credit frameworks, launching pilot programs. - Coordinate with Tech for campaign validation automation and rule deployment. Other Responsibilities (If Any): - Hands-on experience with large datasets, data cleaning and transformation using SQL or Python. - Exposure to scorecard development/ validation (behaviour score) using statistical methods Eligibility Criteria for the Job: - Education: BE/ BTech (with Statistics, Mathematics or Economics) - MBA (Finance/ Analytics) - Age 30+ - Work Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Cross-sell PL risk, consumer lending analytics, portfolio monitoring Technical Skills: - Strong SQL + Python/SAS for customer segmentation. - Understanding of regression models, segmentation logic, and bureau score usage - Power BI / Tableau for analytics visualization Industry Preference: Banks/NBFC digital analytics teams or fintechs with strong CRM/PL cross-sell portfolios. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking Strong communication and presentation skill. Budget 24 LPA including 9% variable
