Associate Account Manager - Internet/Online (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work closely with an Account Manager and clients to understand client requirements and manage their accounts accordingly
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple clients for all applicable digital marketing channels such as Search, Display, App and Facebook/Instagram
- Assess clients' campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly and take actions accordingly
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports to track key metrics and maintain budgetary control
- Do keyword research, write ad copies and manage bids for paid search, display and app campaigns
- Identify target audiences, get the appropriate creatives designed and devise/execute campaigns for Search, Display, App and Social Media campaigns
- Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creatives
Desired Candidate Profile :
- B.Tech. and/or MBA from Tier-1/2 colleges, with strong analytical and excellent communication skills (oral as well as written)
- 1-3 years of work experience with startups in BD, Sales, Analytics or similar roles; candidates with experience in digital marketing would be preferred
- Eager to work further in a fast-paced startup culture with quick adaptability and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely hungry to grow professionally, with a result-oriented mindset and a bias towards action
