Job Description:
- Managing sales in trade, OEM and channel verticals
- Overseeing business in furniture fittings, door and architectural hardware, engineered stones and appliances.
- Handling the operation of high-end furniture fittings and hardware showroom.
- Handling all business groups with a technically complicated product line.
- Handling a network of trade dealers and OEM accounts.
- Strengthen the sales network in the assigned zone with extensive familiarity with the designated region.
- Enlarge geographical coverage of the territory and grow dealer base.
- Meeting the sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Impart technical training to dealers & sales staff.
- Ensure high-quality customer service & client satisfaction.
- Motivate, develop and manage the team for the achievement of incremental sales target and also ensure the development of the team members.
