Job description : Seeking an L&D COE Person AVP/VP for a fortune Professional Services Company

Role Requirements :

- Understands business, its priorities and devise Talent, L&D strategy for the organization.

- Identify the learning and development needs in the organization through survey, job analysis, performance review and regular consultation with Leaders/ stakeholder.

- Influence business leaders and obtain buy-in for important projects and initiatives for long term change and development initiatives.

- Helps business outperform and manage through change by continuously aligning people and teams through goal alignment, cultural activation, and mindset and behavioral shift to drive business value.

- Partners with People Partners and other CoE teams to formulate a comprehensive set of Talent solutions configured specially for business needs.

- Tracks industry developments as well as internal talent trends and benchmark to identify opportunities for change and development. Develops solutions for managing large scale change required in culture, talent trends, careers, tools, techniques and policies.

- Develop training content / materials/ modules for in-house courses.

- Manage the delivery of the training and development programs.

- Negotiate and coordinate with external L & D partners for developing and implementing the learning initiatives.

- Ensure statutory training requirements are adhered to & manage IRDA mandatory Broker's license requirements.

- Audit & review deployment of learning initiatives across the organization. Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning initiatives.

- Revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

- Understanding of e-learning techniques being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning modules.

Technical Skills :

- A deep knowledge of concepts and frameworks used in OD and HR

- Knowledge in Talent Management, L&D and Inclusion & Diversity

- MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Proficient in Learning Management Systems.

General Skills :

Preferred candidate profile :

Prior Experience :

- 6- 12 years of experience in HR Talent, L&D Role

- Domain knowledge preferred.

Education/ Qualification :

- MBA in HR from a reputed B - School.

- Professional certification is a plus.
