Assistant Vice President - Sales/Hunter/IC - Large Deals

Mandatory :

- Candidate should be from Core Sales-Hunting, Business Development, large Deal Experience

- Candidate Should be only from IT - Tier 1, Tier 2 Companies

Candidate should have done large deals more than 50 Mil revenue.

Role :

1. Looking for a AVP for Large Deals-Sales

2. Should be capable to do a "win-win" business case is possible, and creatively work to develop & Farm it.

3. Maintain objectivity in assessing what types of deals the firm should be doing and what risks are & are not appropriate.

4. Collaborate across our business to lift win ratios and ensure we're taking the best of Tech M to our clients.

5. This role include Sales(Hunting) and Business Development(Farming) at Core.

6. Candidate will be taking end-to-end Responsibilities- Customer Relationship, Hunting, Cross-Selling, Up-Setting, Negotiation, Etc

7. Position to be able to win deliverable and desirable deals with our clients that enhance Company's brand, relationship and capabilities.

8. Capable to Win more than 50 Mil Large Deals, being a Front face sales VP.

9. Build, monitor and orchestrate pursuit pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long-term opportunities; manage the size, shape, and quality of pipeline through the qualification process.
