Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Procurement/Contracting - Infra

This opening is with one of India's leading infrastructure development and finance companies.

II Location : Mumbai

(B) Particulars of the Vacancy

I. Position Level : Ast VP/VP

II. Reporting to : Chief Operating Officer

III. The incumbent would be responsible for:

- Drafting/clearing commercial documents including MOUs, purchase contracts, Transaction documents, tenders, Bid documents etc

- Negotiation/ Renegotiation of all of above documents

- Analysis of commercial/legal and tax implication of transactions and optimal structuring as well as documentation

- Working with and leading a team of technical, commercial, legal team to close transactions with relevant regulatory approvals

- Prospecting/ initiating/ closing discussions with potential business partners/ technology providers, suppliers, customers etc

- Travel as per requirement

I. Qualification- Engineer/MBA

II. Post qualification experience- 13-18 yrs of exp into Procurement/ Contracting and Commercial Negotiation/ Financial Analysis

III. Knowledge Essential/Critical Exposure & Experience: - Financial Modelling/Contract drafting/exposure to international contracts,transaction documents
