Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Mergers & Acquisition - BFS

- Candidate should have good working experience in Merger & acquisition (mandatory), due diligence, compliance and law.

- Working with Indian client is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- End to end execution of client deliverable ensuring quality and timeliness

- Conducting due diligence on targets

- Advising clients on tax-efficient restructuring

- Day to day strategy and planning

- Client Relationship Management

- Interaction with government authorities
