Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Institutional Sales - BFS

Job Description :

- Responsible to increase current institutional market share of Mumbai in both Fixed Income and Equity

- Responsible for Relationship Management, Reactivation and Business Development Strengthening existing relationships to create a long term asset book

- Increase market share and revenue from assigned relationships and through the team

- Conduct meetings with clients/institutional brokers, understand their needs and suggest appropriate products

- Update clients with latest market developments and fund house views regularly

- Mentor and lead a team for enhanced market share

- Leverage on MIS and other market data for effective shales

- Observe competition, clients and share timely feedback to the team

Knowledge required for the role :

- Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products

- Strong product knowledge

- Business Acumen

- Deep understanding of Sales process

- Influence clients and stakeholders

- Deliver good presentations

- Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market

What is the prior experience needed?

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Wealth Management

What qualification you should have?

- MBA or any equivalent degree
