Assistant Vice President/Vice President/Head - Marketing - Airline (10-20 yrs)

Reports to Chief Strategy &Commercial Officer (CSCO)

Why position exists? To develop and manage Company's marketing strategy including company brand communication and partnerships to achieve revenue objectives of the company

- 70% role is of Digital Marketing.

- 30% Role is of brand alliances and Marketing (Atl & Btl)

Industry Preferred :- Internet/ecommerce and Airlines

Responsibilities - Marketing

- Brand development and communication strategy

- Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities

- Suppliers management of related agencies and vendors

- Build social media engagement

E-Commerce :

- Manage Vistara's digital assets including brand website and mobile app

- Manage lead generation on digital media using performance based marketing

- Online sales development

Market development:

- Including collaborations with banks, hotels and other trade partners

- Regular co promotions with partners to induce trials and FFP engagement

- Long term partnerships including co brand credit cards and other non-air partnerships

- Business generation from brand website and mobile

Work Experience : 10 years marketing experience including minimum of 5 years in a strategic marketing role in Service Industry

- Deep experience in mass marketing and digital marketing essential

- Experience with consumer facing brands highly desirable

- Previous airline experience in similar role a plus, but not essential

Qualification :

- Post graduate degree in marketing or related discipline from a recognized university

- Strong IT skills covering business generation on digital media
