Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Front End Investment Banking - Infrastructure Vertical - Big4

- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of front-end Investment Banking experience

- Sector expertise: Prior IB experience in Infrastructure

- Location: Gurugram/ Mumbai

We are seeking a AVP/VP - Investment Banking to join our team and play a key role in executing M&A and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. They will also have a proven track record of success in deal execution and relationship management. Prior experience in infrastructure is necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and prepare valuation reports for M&A and private equity transactions in the Infrastructure domain.

- Develop and structure transaction proposals.

- Manage investor relationships and negotiate with counterparties.

- Contribute to due diligence efforts.

- Assist with post-transaction integration.

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and private equity.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.

- Prior experience in Infrastructure as a sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
