- Financial & risk analysis & strategy to ensure growth through the right opportunities
- Financial & legal inputs for acquisition/evaluation of new real estate projects (malls, land parcels for residential /office/mixed-use), rent deals etc.
- Interact with IPCs & audit companies for valuations, audits, mergers etc.
- Provide strategic analysis & advice to Senior management & Project Heads on various legal processes for respective projects/ SPVs from the intent of risk mitigation
- Keep up-to-date with latest financial laws, corporate law, taxation policies & their implications for the organization & projects; ensure that benefit of the law is optimized
- Transaction analysis, close agreements such share purchase, investment agreements; interact with tax experts to efficiently structure the transaction
- Financial modeling & prepare detailed business plans for all projects; share with management, HODs, private equity investors, rating agencies, analysts/institutional investors
- Fund Raising of equity & debt for company & its projects; Interact with bankers, lawyers, IPCs for investor interactions, valuations, legal documentation; prepare IMs for equity & debt
- Ensure that projects maintain a strong & consistent legal compliance record which can be leveraged for leasing & prompt funding from investors/lenders
- Ensure that projects are completed & operated as per statutory norms & contract terms, so no penalty clauses are invoked
- Analysis of project budgets, actual vs budget, MIS reviews; Understand the status/progress & critical aspects of the project
- Work closely with investors, Law Firms & External Legal Counsels, Vendors/Service Providers, Statutory / Regulatory agencies, Auditors, Consultants, Banks/ Financial Institutions
- Deep understanding of Financial Analysis, Control Framework techniques, Funds & Cash Flow Management, contract documentation, legal & arbitration, Acquisitions, investor relations
- MBA, 10-12 years- experience, 34-38 years' of age, Rs.40-42 lakhs per annum
- IIM/ISB preferred!
