Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Engineering - IT

We are looking for candidates, having experience handling 50+ team expertise in system design and building experience. Dynamic exposure towards open stack and open source system design & development.

Duties you would pledge:

- Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing programs

- Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing.

- Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap

- Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors

- Identifying opportunities for continual improvement

- Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld

- Developing and overseeing SMART metrics for hardware, software, and storage

- Managing all or part of the IT department, including directly supervising some employees, hiring certain members, and handling employee concerns and performance

- Communicating with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires

- Determining business requirements for IT systems

- Coordinating IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with as little downtime as necessary

- Identifying security vulnerabilities and eliminating them with strategic solutions that increase data security

- Directing and supporting the implementation of new software and hardware

- Identifying and recommending new technology solution
