Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Credit Policy - BFSI

Key responsibilities :

- Working on Credit Policy, Process document and competition benchmarking - market place best practices in underwriting

- Make sure all necessary inputs are in place for a safe - straight through sanction process- . Working on designing work flow, systems and Testing would be crucial part of the job

- Has a good understanding on TSYS Prime system

- Has 5-8 yrs of experience in Cards Underwriting and has managed a team of credit managers.

- Decision cases within defined timelines

- Review the portfolio on an ongoing basis and sharing feedback with all stakeholders

- Work closely with Policy, Sales, Operations and RCU to iron out bottlenecks .Collaborate with business and functional teams for best TAT and service delivery

- Train other team members and develop talent for Credit Card underwriting line

Educational Qualification: MBA/CA

Relevant Experience: 7-13 years of relevant experience in Credit Card Underwriting. Knowledge of Digital lending, Scorecard modelling, Plus experience of managing Commercial card underwriting too
