Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall compliance function.
- Provide compliance advisory to business and management
- Ensuring governance by conducting and participating in apex level meetings.
- Implementation of Risk Based Supervision and its onsite inspection.
- Liasioning with regulatory authorities.
- Business advisory on various compliance related issues (trade, treasury and FEMA related matters)
- Vetting policies and procedures
- Educating/ imparting training on various issues.
- Ensuring AML Compliance including KYC policy, transaction monitoring and sanction compliance.
- Handling audit, regulatory inspection and regulatory reporting.
- Looking for candidates with experience in managing compliance, legal and secretarial matters with a Bank / NBFC
