AVP / VP Business Development Financial Accounting Outsourcing Job description : - Develop and execute business development strategy and plan. - Execute the organization's global brand building in the said business area - Identify & generate business from new accounts/clients, enhance business from the acquired clients. - Understand client needs and design appropriate solutions. - Conceptualize and develop new product ideas to address market needs. - Meet quarterly & annual sales goals - Individual Contribution to achieve Sales Target. Knowledge, Experience, Skills Required : - Post-Graduates with 14+ years of experience in business development in ITES (Non-voice) industry. - Proven work experience as a AVP/VP of Sales or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods. - Proven track record of successfully selling outsourcing services in financial accounting outsourcing services industry (essential requisite) - Should be well networked and should have dealt/interacted successfully with leading corporate organization's and built good relationships with them. - Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills. - Candidates preferring to relocate to Mumbai will be preferable.
