AVP- Valuation

- Managing and leading the engagements pertaining to valuations for fund raising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, joint ventures, tax & regulatory and accounting purposes.

Market/ Client :

- Develop deep sectoral expertise in chosen sectors

- Sectoral expertise Develop significant relationship / network with internal sectoral / BU teams

- Client management and interaction

- Cross sell opportunities - Maintain database of industry information, deals for ready reference and actively generate leads and build network

- Proactively develop and maintain relationships at management level

- Take responsibility for managing and driving a valuation engagement

- Ability to identify and assist on generating new business

People :

- To lead and manage a team

- Project management and monitoring a team of Analysts and Associates

- Strong network of relationships amongst the valuations community or large corporates and network with internal teams

- Continue to broaden responsibility for people by taking on an appropriate internal role or initiative

- Coach, involve and develop other team members to help enhance their skills and knowledge base

- Retain identified key team members, providing a mentoring role to support them in being promoted to the next level

- Actively promote 'our values' through interactions internally and externally
