- Managing and leading the engagements pertaining to valuations for fund raising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, joint ventures, tax & regulatory and accounting purposes.
- Maintain database of industry information, deals for ready reference and actively generate leads and build network
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships at management level
- Take responsibility for managing and driving a valuation engagement
- Ability to identify and assist on generating new business
- Continue to broaden responsibility for people by taking on an appropriate internal role or initiative
- Coach, involve and develop other team members to help enhance their skills and knowledge base
- Retain identified key team members, providing a mentoring role to support them in being promoted to the next level
- Actively promote 'our values' through interactions internally and externally
- Thorough understanding of valuation methods and valuation products (Business, Intangibles, ESOP, Option valuation) and Valuation situations
- Continuously develop technical expertise and industry/business/sector knowledge - Participating in industry and M&A conferences
Job Requirement
- Post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Valuations or in a similar environment
