AVP - Trust Accounting (F&A) - ARC
Job Scope / Position Summary :
Hands on in managing the entire gamut of accounting activities under the F&A space in a timely manner, should be able to coordinate with auditor for Stat/internal/Tax/ other audits and should be able to provide the necessary MIS/Reports for internal and external stakeholders as may be required from time to time.
Main Responsibility :1. Preparation of Financial statements of various Trusts in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS + IGAAP)
2. Experience in coordinating with the Auditors for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit to get the audit completed including satisfactory resolution of the queries raised by the auditor.
3. Recording of various expenses/payables to the ARC and reconciling the redemptions/expenses/fees with the ARC.
4. Manage redemption of Security receipts and payment of upside income as per the defined payment waterfall.
5. Recording receipts/payments for incomes and expenses of the company in the accounting software including Bank reconciliations.
6. Providing MIS/Reports and any information of New acquisitions/Redemptions etc. to various stakeholders
7. Providing data to Mid office team for corporate action post SR redemptions/Trust closure.
8. Managing Trust Accounting system development for all new acquisitions/existing cases as may be required based on terms & conditions of cases.
9. Handling Digitisation of documents for the ARC as well as Trusts (all verticals)
