- For an online holiday Marketplace in Gurugram, we are looking for someone who is up for the challenge to manage the partner ecosystem from empanelment to onboarding while maintaining good supply.

- Owning and exceeding expectations in the Travel Agents onboarding space to manage National and International Supply.

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve the goals of the Supply and Onboarding teams.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships.

Job brief :

- We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader. The successful candidate will meet Company's Agent/Partner acquisition and Supply growth objectives within Company.

- AVP Supply responsibilities include developing key growth partner empanelment, strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets through adequate supply at all given times.


- Duties will include building relationships and understanding partner trends.

Responsibilities :

- Build and Lead a team.

- Develop and Strategize a thorough knowledge of relevant processes to be able to influence Travel Agents to come on to the Marketplace

- Identify, plan and execute the right model for onboarding agents as desired

- Develop and implement industry best practices for Fulfilment adoption

- Work closely with various internal groups (including Tech and Category teams) to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

- Responsibility for the operational performance of outsourced partner/s

- Roll-out organizational goals/objectives across the partner operations

- Ability to understand data trends and make inferences and recommend actions for improvement

- Keep a close watch on the adherence to all the contractual obligations by the partner

- Will be based out of the HQ in Gurgaon with occasional travel to Agent locations.

Requirements :

- Proven Seller/Partner onboarding experience, meeting or exceeding targets (With some travel / hospitality sales experience preferred.) 


- 5 to 9 years of experience.

- Previous experience in an eCommerce marketplace organization (Startup or Established)

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and leadership levels

- Proven ability to drive the team from plan to close

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services to the partners

- Proven ability to position products against competitors to partners

- Demonstrable experience as leader of partner experience, developing partner-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
