Assistant Vice President - Transformation - Asset Management Firm

Our client is one of the leading Asset Management firms which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies. Looking for a candidate to join their Business Transformation Team in Mumbai.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage complex transformation projects and transitions focusing on building and strengthening capabilities across trade lifecycle, client lifecycle, investment lifecycle functions for both public and private markets, ensuring successful implementation and handover to BAU.

- Drive change management initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement.

- Develop project charters, risk mitigation strategies, governance frameworks and maintain project artefacts.

- Build in-house frameworks for activity analysis, knowledge management and process excellence.

- Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, automation and globalization of processes.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8 - 10 years of management experience in leading transformation initiatives within asset management (buy side) or capital markets.

- Strong expertise in business process transformation, transition management and project management. (PMP certification preferred).

- Proficiency in documenting lifecycle processes, process mapping (L1-L5) and process controls.

- Familiarity with design thinking, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and Agile practices are an advantage.

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with senior leadership and global teams.
