Assistant Vice President - Training - Bank

We are hiring for the role of AVP - Training with the leading Bank based out of Mumbai.

Job Location - Navi Mumbai

Job Description

1. It plays a primary role of leading the training and development of the team members and providing direction to junior management and personnel to better execute their duties by sharpening their skills.

2. S/he will also be responsible to assess and affect changes in the training team's structure in order to meet the business's growth goals.

3. S/he will provide direction and development of lasting leadership qualities within the business. In this leadership position, it is also his/her responsibility to ensure that programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets.

4. S/He additionally directs training and development processes ensuring all new hires receive high-quality orientation and service-related training in order to maintain high levels of service performance.

5. S/he also plays a mentorship role to key training personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, honing their skills, and getting them ready for the occupation of their positions.

6. S/he will also play a lead strategic role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials that will impact behavior-changing training using various training theories inclusive of job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models.

7. Also, In this capacity, S/he also drives the development of programs that incorporate overall business objectives such as the business's financial goals & develops and maintains interactive learning solutions that drive measurable results for the business and guarantee that those solutions are instructional sound and are up to the business's quality standards.
