1. Responsible for creating & running incentive programs for sales continuity & growth
2. Responsible for the GTM of the incentive program, measuring its success and ensuring the right budget allocations.
3. Understanding of the P&L

5. Enhancing the Channel partner Engagement.
6. Develop, Launch and Maintain Loyalty Programs.
7. Candidate is responsible for building long lasting and meaningful relationship with Channel partners.

Educational Qualification : MBA (Specialization in Sales & Marketing) - Premier B School
Experience : 5 - 7 Years
