Job Role
- This is a strategic role, to build aggressive ability in the organization to bid for large government tenders.
- Build a robust team that can deliver on Tender opportunities.
- Continually develop brand by increasing awareness in the market place.
- Create strong network with key influencers, decisions makers and stakeholders.
- Create channels to be able to identify and convert the tender opportunity at the right time, with the right approach.
- Managing proposals, and timely submissions for bids.
- Monitoring competitors and reviewing offerings considering competitors developments.
- Participating in new business contract negotiations.
- Market Analysis and Overall vigil on competition.
- Meeting clients and finalizing contracts.
- Strategy formation of team for budget achievement.
- Handholding & introduction of operations team at the time of mobilization.
- Industry-specific knowledge and background
- Knowledge of document management methods
- Support in initial collections
